The shipping
Once we have prepared the order, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
It is possible that this email ends up in your spam folder. Be sure to check this if you have not received an email. You can see where your package is at any time via the tracking number.
Please note that once your package is with the carrier, we no longer have any control over it. If something does not go as planned, we will contact the carrier to obtain information.
Retention of title
All products remain the exclusive property of ohmywoof.com until full payment has been made by the buyer.
Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to buyers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase items online from ohmywoof.com.
According to the Belgian law on commercial practices, information and consumer protection of April 12, 2010, a cooling-off period of 14 days applies to all products purchased online from ohmywoof.com.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The costs incurred for return shipment are borne by the buyer. The purchase price will be fully refunded within 7 days of receipt of the package by the seller. Shipping costs are not refundable.
However, the right of return does not apply to personalized items, such as the bandana or bow, etc. with name. Items that are custom-made are also excluded from the right of return.
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (woof@ohmywoof.com) within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery of the product.
The products must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened (in original condition and packaging). You must prove that the products have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments will always be refused and returned to the sender.

If the products are not received in accordance with the right of withdrawal conditions, the purchase price will not be refunded or will not be fully refunded. In that case, the product remains your property. You can then choose to have the product shipped back to you, for which you will pay the associated shipping costs.
You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the purchased product was tailor-made or adapted especially for you.
